DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
In the event of any club policy or Code of Conduct being broken, the White Cliffs Rangers Football Club Management Committee will administer the appropriate course of action. Depending on the severity of the policy or Code of Conduct that’s been broken the actions taken will be in the form of verbal and/or written warnings, the suspension from club activities and where necessary, the dismissal from the club.
In extreme circumstances, particularly where child protection issues are concerned, and matters relating to the Law of the Land, the police, Social services and the County Football Association may be contacted.
These disciplinary actions apply to all members and associates of White Cliffs Rangers Football Club.
Please note, that any personnel who attends matches and events organised by White Cliffs Rangers Football Club, who have not signed the Club Constitution Agreement, (e.g. Guests of Club Members/Associates), must adhere to the Club Constitution and Policies, and that the personnel concerned will come under the sole responsibility of the person who has signed the Club Constitution Agreement. In the event that the personnel concerned breaks a Club Policy or Code of Conduct, then they may be asked to leave the venue site in order to safe guard the Welfare of the Children, and the Club’s Reputation.
The Club will incur all penalties for breakages of The Rules and Regulations of The Football Association and any League or Competition to which the Club is affiliated. In the event of the Club incurring penalties due to an individual’s behavioural conduct, Clause 4E of the Club Constitution will be referred to.
. The White Cliffs Rangers Football Club Management Committee will sit for any hearings that are requested.
